7. Duty of Confidentiality
Under Article 12 of the Gyoseishoshi Lawyer Act, a gyoseishoshi lawyer must not disclose secrets learned in the course of business without legitimate reason. This duty continues even after the person ceases to be a gyoseishoshi lawyer.
8. Requests for Disclosure, etc.
If you request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use or erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of your retained personal data, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law after verifying your identity.
